My Learning Fall and Rise

On August 12 I entered a room that seemed to be the normal boring English class. I was the same guy who was bored out of doing vocab and essays in my English class. I didn't have fun expectations and I thought that this class was going to be boring.
The day I walked into class it felt like the same old boring English class but when I saw the teacher give us our options and walk out the room I knew that it would be different. We said yes to the blog because like me I'm sure that we were all bored of the same English class.
When we started to work I saw that we were doing something different and it was nice having a different English class. I started to feel like I kind of liked English and the journals were about different topics and not just about English. I was still not too sure about the blog because it was about posting on time and I procrastinate a lot. There were also new challenges like posting on time. There reading were a little boring but I got used to them. Some of the stories that I like were Young Goodman Brown, The Pedestrian and the Earth on Turtles Back.
The moment I started to procrastinate was when I felt the most tension because I felt all of the homework assignments and the posts that I needed to do. I felt like this class wasn't for me and just stopped trying but I said I already have this class so I might as well to well in it. I did all of the homework and the posts that I needed to do except the videos but still finished most of the work and posts unless I forgot some. It was really hard and annoying because I don't like to do a lot of work and especially for a long time.
I made some routines that helped me do my homework and finish my work on time to not have it all pile up on me. I do do the homework when I get free time and try not to forget about it or try to make an excuse. I finished my work and I feel that it contributed to my success because I had a lot of work that could bring my grade up to help me out. This helped me out on my blog posts and some posts that were me talking and just typing what I was thinking.
Now I am a different learner because of the blog because I now have a different experience that helps me kind of like English. I am more open to a not boring English class. In August I was not quite sure if this was going to be a good or bad thing but I now feel that this blog is a good thing helping me like English. A memorable moment that I liked in this English class was the way the class makes jokes making the lesson stick with me.

My Brian on Thanksgiving Break

This thanksgiving break I went with my family and had a little break to rest and organize myself. I went with my family and had fun. I relaxed a bit and then started thinking about school and what I needed to do.
